Call for Ph.D Candidates and Postdoctoral Researchers
The research group of Professor Kohei Shiomoto at Tokyo City University is seeking a highly motivated and talented PhD candidate or postdoctoral researcher with expertise and experience in computer networks and machine learning. - Technical aspects:
- PhD (preferred) or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent track record as demonstrated by high quality papers published in top-level conferences and high-impact journals.
- Strong computer skills (Ubuntu, python, Pytorch. C/C++, TCP/IP, IP routing, HTML/CSS/javascript, docker/container, kubernetes, raspberry Pi, etc.).
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills (machine learning, statistics, probability theory, optimization, cryptography, block-chain, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus).
